I enjoyed sitting down with Ochuko Adekoya, Director of Communications and Brand at OnSide, to talk about her career, and Onside's work building child led youth centres. 

Part of me would have loved to have seen what Ochuko would have done with a career producing noughties style reality TV, but their loss is our gain! 

We talked in depth about the role communications plays in building trust, particularly for philanthropic organisations. As well as the power of saying yes and knowing when to say no in your career.
