I sat down earlier in the year with Richard Farnsworth to talk about his career, what he does, and what advice he'd offer his younger self. 

Richard is the soon to be the former Director of External Communications at BT Group as he is taking on a new role as VP Corporate Communications at Reckitt in the new year. 

Despite a now not-so-secret ambition to be a Lewis Hamilton/Kevin McCloud hybrid, Richard has built a stellar career with household names across a range of sectors both in house and agency side. BT's loss after seven years will very much be Reckitt's gain.
