The episode that finally puts to bed any thoughts I may have had of career in music as Donna Castle, Director of Communications at the ASA manages to trick me into singing a jingle in public. 

I have known Donna for a number of years having first met her when I worked with the Advertising Standards Authority to appoint her as their Director of Communications. 

Here she talks brilliantly about the work she and her team do to bring understanding to the work of the ASA, and she offers some great insights trusting your gut when making important hiring decisions.
