It is sleepy August, so we thought it would be a bit of fun if Alec and me answered the questions ahead of a short summer break before Three Questions With returns with some amazing guests in September. 

Alec talks about the power of the network and I talk a bit about how my desperate need to be liked by everyone held me back in my career.
