An episode that is very close to my heart as I had the pleasure of sitting down with Craig Beaumont OBE of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) to talk about giving a voice to the 99%. 

5.4 million out of 5.5 million businesses in the UK are small businesses. They are not just the backbone of the economy, they ARE the economy. 

Yet as Craig says, the balance of power in lobbying circles, or at big conferences or big discussions on policy is massively in favour of the 1% of larger businesses. It is the job of Craig and is team at FSB to help redress that balance. 

Also the episode I discovered (during the edit) that I can't pronounce Beaumont. Thanks to Craig for being so understanding and for his time.
