"Be prepared to change course".
That's the advice Mary shared in this week’s Three Questions With—and it really stuck with me.
It’s not something you often hear said. More often, people are told to stay in their lane. And that message can come from everywhere:
🔷 Family
🔷 Teachers
🔷 Bosses
🔷 Colleagues
🔷 Friends
🔷 Complete strangers on social media 🤣
🔷 …and even yourself.
But here’s the thing: some of the most successful people I know have one thing in common, they knew when it was time to change course. They trusted their instincts over the noise.
It’s not that they didn’t feel self-doubt (we talked about imposter syndrome last week).
It’s that they listened to their gut and backed themselves anyway.
If you're at a crossroads or feeling that pull toward change, it might be time to talk.
Let’s explore what that next step could look like.
