I am a big fan of James Newman, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Chiliz. Comms leader, Board Trustee at West Central London Mind, and a great example of what we can do when we overcome some of that early career fear and just get on with it! 

If a parallel career as a therapist beckons, then a career in communications will have proven a perfect launch pad. As James put it, "the ability to understand people more, and understand yourself more is like a superpower..."

As ever, I am incredibly grateful for the generosity of James and all our guests, and I hope you are enjoying watching them as much as I am enjoying making them.
