Such a brilliant piece of advice from Kitty George, Director of Corporate Affairs at G4S. How many of us today could do with hearing that and taking it on board? 

In all our discussions around the subject of what communications is, this is our first interviewee to have explicitly talked about the value of listening, and the value of saying less. Something that I am sure will resonate with all of you watching.
