For this episode as I was joined by Jinmi Macaulay, Communications Director at Smart DCC. 

Thank you to Jinmi for being so open about the role fear played in holding him back earlier on in his career. Something I think many of us can relate to and a reminder to be brave and be bold when the opportunity arises! 

Son of a journalist, trained as an accountant, frustrated diplomat, to comms leader. The journey is rarely linear, but it is the bumps and left turns that make us.
