I really enjoyed speaking with Sarah, who's commitment to EDI and passion for the industry really shone through. When you work in a function that acts as "the moral compass of an organisation" then making sure the industry is packed with people with that passion and commitment is essential. 

Sarah talked about the many programmes on offer that are helping boost diversity in the sector including another deserved shout out for Elizabeth Bananuka's Xec program as well.
