For this episode as I was joined by Simon Creer, Director of Communications at Royal Town Planning Institute. 

Simon was my very first in house placement many moons ago when I appointed him to the Head of Comms role at ICE (not that one). I've always thought him to be a supreme communications operator-must be that journalism background! 

His point around communications being the membrane through which everything passes will resonate with many of you I am sure. As will being a frustrated publican!
